All products and services offered on MindCE are digital in nature (such as online courses, e-books, memberships, consultations, or downloadable content).
Once the payment is completed and access is provided, no physical product is shipped.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided once the product or service has been delivered or accessed.
3. Duplicate Payment or Technical Error
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
You were charged twice for the same product.
You made a payment but did not receive access due to a technical issue from our side.
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
